1. Who we are
LinkedCoach websites are provided by HPC LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as LinkedCoach. Our website is website.linked.coach. To get in touch: [email protected].
These terms apply to website builds, the Hosting and Care Plan and the Growth Plan. By paying for any of these, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Website builds. A website designed, written and built for your business. Scope and price are as shown on website.linked.coach at the time of purchase, or as confirmed in writing.
Hosting and Care Plan ($49 a month). We host your website, keep it secure and running, and make up to 1 hour of changes each month. Anything larger is quoted before we start.
Growth Plan ($297 a month). Everything in the Hosting and Care Plan, plus 1 article each month written in your voice and published on your website and on LinkedIn, LinkedIn posts written from each article, and up to 3 hours of changes each month.
Change hours are for the month in which they fall. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
3. Website build payments
A deposit of 50% of the build fee is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due when your website goes live. Once work has started, payments for the build are not refundable.
4. Plan payments
The Hosting and Care Plan and the Growth Plan are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up.
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you a link to update your card. If a payment remains unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may pause the plan until it is paid.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to the monthly price.
All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or local taxes that apply in your country.
5. Cancelling a plan
Hosting and Care Plan. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time. The plan continues until the end of the month already paid for, and no further payments are taken. No refunds are given for part months.
Growth Plan. The Growth Plan has a minimum of 3 monthly payments. You may cancel from the date of your third payment, and the plan ends at the end of the month already paid for. If you ask to cancel before your third payment, the remaining payments of the minimum are still due. No refunds are given for part months.
6. When a plan ends
When your plan ends, we will continue to host your website for 30 days and hand your website files over to you. You need to move your website to a new host within those 30 days. After 30 days, hosting stops.
7. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and materials when we ask for them, to reply to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable time, and to make sure anything you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. We are not responsible for delays caused by late replies or missing information.
8. Ownership
The words, images and other content of your website belong to you once all fees for the build have been paid. You may keep using the website files we hand over to you. Our templates, code, processes and internal tools remain ours, and providing your website does not transfer ownership of them to you.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it in good faith.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. We will give clients on a monthly plan 30 days' notice of any material change.
